Nickom Constructors and Developers Ltd. (Nickom) is a private limited company registered in Cyprus. It began operations in 2007 with the strategic target of introducing new technologies to the construction industry in markets that had become stagnant in their production methods. Its founders and senior management have in excess of 25 years of experience in the construction industry in both the target markets and internationally. The headquarters of Nickom are in Cyprus and has separate offices in Prague – The Czech Republic, London – England, Moscow – Russia, Rostov – Russia, and Minsk – Belarus. Since inception the company has proved to be profitable and continues to be, despite recent economic events that have acutely affected the industry.

Nickom has a diverse portfolio of operations ranging from construction, contracting, architectural and design solutions, transport, engineering, energy, financial investment and corporate services.

In Cyprus, Nickom Constructors and Developers have committed to a number of profitable developments including; residential and office buildings in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca, a state-of-the-art athletics centre, a hotel for the disabled, an olympic village and a rehabilitation centre.
